Mediterranean cooking course

This course lasts 4 hours each day: 2 hours about cooking. The cooking course takes place in a friendly circle, where a housewife will work together with you by love and passion like in the past. She'll teach you the old methods to cook pasta , meat sauce, bread, stuffed eggplants, grilled peppers, lamb, parmigiana and other typical dishes of our land. Our course is very particular because every day we cook a typical speciality, from first course to sweet (dessert). Philosophy of this course is: to eat good means to live good.
We advise you to attend the Mediterranean cooking course to learn the methodology and the secrets of our cooking. 2 hours about Italian language. You can learn the turns of phrases and the linguistic popular expressions of Italian language.

The Contribution of course is 185.00 euro and the daily lunch is inclusive.
